Sessions can be customized to accomodate for the available time:

• • 30 minutes - introduction / keynote
  • 1 hour - Baseline session
  • 2 hours - Baseline+ session (deeper practical examples)
  • 3-4 hours - Baseline Advanced

There are 3 options

• • Netherlands <50 km from Schiphol (including Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht). Other locations may include travel cost.
  • Outside the Netherlands -  travel will be included in the proposal.

For locations outside the EU, additional logistics time may be required.

In-person sessions typically deliver stronger results due to better interaction.
Workshops are the most effective when delivered on-site.

For on-site sessions, the following is recommended:

• Comfortable seating
• Screen or beamer (large enough for the group)

Online sessions are delivered via Cisco Webex Meetings, a secure and enterprise-grade conferencing platform.

Access: Desktop, mobile/tablet, video conferencing device
Video: can include video conferencing devices

  and a lot more

Online meetings accomodate up to 200 remote attendees (more on request).

Your own conferencing facilities can also be used if preferred.

• Real-time translation (up to 100 languages)
• Gesture recognition
• Noise removal
• Voice assistant
• Automated summaries

All features can be enabled or disabled depending on your requirements.

In some cases, organizations can participate as a reference customer.
